With over 17 years of experience in architecture and real estate development, Moncy Abraham leads M&M Architects with a focus on spaces where interior and exterior dissolve into one continuous experience. Grounded in minimalist and biophilic thinking, his work seeks clarity, balance, and a human connection to nature.

 

Inspired by Álvaro Siza, the practice believes that architecture and nature are not in competition, but in conversation — a quiet harmony between art, structure, and landscape.

 

A B.Arch graduate from BMS College of Engineering, Moncy trained with Zachariah Consultants and Total Environment before founding M&M Architects. His portfolio spans private villas, apartments, commercial developments, offices, institutions, religious spaces, and warehouses, with an emphasis on proportion, detail, and restrained materiality.
