Project
Description

We understand the importance of comfortable room sizes and bright, well-ventilated spaces. Our design philosophy for this project was to create distinct spaces for each floor, with the ground floor separate from the first and second. Additionally, our design for the external staircase prioritizes privacy while still allowing for easy access to the terrace which was used a green space.

The large skylight with a retractable roof above the dining space creates a magical atmosphere that allows users to watch the sky, day or night. Imagine the feeling of rain drumming on the roof while you're inside, secure, and dry. We take pride in adding these small yet impactful details to each and every project we work on.

The skylight, a deliberate design gesture, played a pivotal role in shaping the spatial experience. Strategically positioned to optimize natural light infiltration, this expansive aperture poured a flood of illumination into the space, dramatically transforming its ambiance and visual depth.

Skylight 1

By introducing a direct visual connection to the sky, the skylight effectively dissolved the boundaries between indoors and outdoors, creating a seamless integration with the natural environment. This thoughtful design move not only enhanced the space's physical brightness but also its perceived sense of spaciousness and airiness.

Skylight 2

The skylight's presence also influenced the spatial organization and circulation patterns within the building. By creating a clear visual axis and drawing the occupant's gaze upward, the skylight subtly directed movement and activity throughout the space, fostering a sense of fluidity and continuity.
