Project
Description
Our concept focuses on designing separate floors for each generation within a family, ensuring everyone has their own sanctuary. In between, a common floor acts as the perfect gathering spot for movie nights or family get-togethers, emphasizing togetherness in a harmonious setting. With a balcony on every floor, we provide each family unit with a touch of personal time while enjoying their unique views.
The Garden Space was meticulously crafted to include a lovely terrace and interconnected floors, creating an airy feel that resembles an independent house. Our aim is to create environments that not only look stunning but also enhance the quality of life for those who inhabit them. Each design feature is thoughtfully considered to ensure that our spaces foster a sense of home and community.

Our goal was to create environments that foster connection and lasting memories while ensuring functionality and comfort for all ages.

The cut-out presents a paradox: a void that creates connection, an absence that fosters presence. It challenges our perceptions of space and solidity, blurring the boundaries between the two.

In doing so, the cut-out embodies the philosophical concept of 'nothingness' – the idea that the absence of something can be just as meaningful as its presence. This void is not just a lack, but a generative force that allows for new relationships and possibilities to emerge.

The cut-out thus invites us to reconsider our understanding of reality, to question the notion that presence and absence are mutually exclusive. Instead, it suggests that they are intertwined, and that the void can be a source of creativity, connection, and meaning.
